PSU Sailing: Proposal to Change Practice Times

It looks like quite a few people's schedules would benefit from
starting practice at 2PM rather than 3PM. This will start on
Wednesday.

This will help out those of us with night classes so we can get more
time on the water and will be inevitable later in the season when the
sun starts going down at 5:30.

Let me know if you can make 2PM. If not, keep coming at 3, I just
want to know who to expect before I head out on the water.
