PSU sailing: Roster Info

Hey PSU Sailing,

I'm updating the roster to include everyone, and I'm missing a few club members. The following people need to send me their info:

Blake
Shannon S.
Melody
Sam
Mike
Kenji

The information I need is your first and last name, student ID number, phone number, email (the email address that you use for PSU), and the name and phone number of an emergency contact. If you're not on this list but think you might not be on the roster, don't hesitate to send me your info. For those of you going to frosh/soph I'd appreciate if you could get me this information ASAP.
