The follow people will be sailing at Team racing champs on may 9th
and 10th.

Jordan

Jordan was choose as the alternate in case a skipper gets hurt or
can't sail he can rotate in.

Hey NW College Sailing Alumni,

This year at the Portland State Gorge Invite we will be having an alumni division.  If you are a NW college sailing alumni, we'd love to get you on the water and racing.  This a great opportunity to connect up with your former school and get back in an FJ.  I have attached an notice of race.  If there any questions pertaining to alumni racing, please contact Kyle Eaton at nwicsa@gmail.com.

PSU sailing: PSU Sailing Women's Team

Congratulations to our Women's Team!     I would like to congratulate our newly formed Women's Sailing team.  This last saturday they competed in the NW Women's Championships in Bellingham Washington.  Racing against other teams that have been well established, our girls held their own.  They weren't intimidated and didn't let anyone push them around, even taking another team to the protest room. I can't say how proud I am to be part of this history.  PSU has had a sailing team since the mid 70's and this is the first time we have ever had a full women's team competing.  I hope we can continue this at every race. PSU sailing: Team racing and Sailing videos

Hey Sailors,
Awesome practice yesterday, I'm really proud of how well everyone's
skills are progressing. I'd like to start putting together a list of
people going to Team Race Champs in Seattle on May 9th and 10th. We
have space for 7 people and will be taking the sailors that I feel
will best represent the team. If you are able and would like to go
please demonstrate this by coming to practice and giving it your all.
So far the following people have told me they are available to go:

PSU sailing: PSU Women Sailors!

Hey PSU Sailors,

I just wanted to let everyone know that the North West Womens champs
regatta is coming up soon. It is the 25th and 26th of April. We are
sending a team this year for the first time ever. We have an exciting
opportunity to compete and possibly go on to nationals in San
Francisco.

This regatta is open to all women on our team, so even if you haven't
had a chance to come out to many practices, this is your chance to
come to a regatta. The four most competitive ladies will get to race,
and anyone else willing to go will get to watch some exciting racing
and go on a road trip to Bellingham.

If you are interested or would like more information please let me
know as soon as possible.

I need to have a confirmed list by tomorrow, sorry about the short notice.
