PSU sailing: PSU Sailing Women's Team

Congratulations to our Women's Team!     I would like to congratulate our newly formed Women's Sailing team.  This last saturday they competed in the NW Women's Championships in Bellingham Washington.  Racing against other teams that have been well established, our girls held their own.  They weren't intimidated and didn't let anyone push them around, even taking another team to the protest room. I can't say how proud I am to be part of this history.  PSU has had a sailing team since the mid 70's and this is the first time we have ever had a full women's team competing.  I hope we can continue this at every race.
